January 6, 2006: Yep, you read the titlebar right: Medialia will be updating three times a week, on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays until the end of the comic. I'm not sure how long it will take, but it should be at least a month.

Also, once Medialia is over, the sprites I made for the comic will become public domain. I'll post the sheet. I figure it's the least I can do to kind of 'give back,' so to speak.

November 21, 2005: NaNo's moving right along. With luck, I'll finish in time and post it up somewhere a bit more workable than my livejournal. I also removed the tagboard, because it kills the whole page when it's down, just about, and that's annoying.

I also need to say something here: I'm pretty horribly writers-blocked on where to go after the comics I've made. I have a vague idea, but no idea of how to script out the comics to get there. I still have buffer through January 21, but it's been worrying me more lately. So, yeah, just saying. Don't be surprised if Medialia stops updating for awhile after that. I don't want it to come to that, but I don't want to put out crap, either. I haven't made a comic since August. I haven't really done a lot of spriting in that time, either.

I always wanted Medialia to have an end; it's that kind of story that I feel needs some sort of closure. But I was hoping to be able to finish the story, first. This isn't to say that yes, Medialia will definitely be ending on January 21; I'm just throwing out the possibility.

If I do end Medialia, I'll probably have other projects to do. I've been posting a rather... different comic on the Bob and George forums called Twisted Existence, which I will probably continue; I'm not particularly good at keeping up a gag comic, though. I've been using my student webspace to host my writing stuff, which I'm considering concentrating on more. Or maybe I'll do something else completely. Who knows?
